

Margaret & Mark Bythrow were among the core group of agents that launched the Blue Bell Market Center in 200l. They are currently very excited to be among the group of agents launching the Jenkintown Market Center. They have been licensed agents since 1982, and found the Keller Williams business plan to be a good fit for them. Mark is a member of the Agent Leadership Council for the Market Center. He also instructs classes for agents, and does mentoring.
Mark majored in Environmental Resources Management at Penn State University before transferring to Temple University, finishing in Business Management & Education. Therein the problem lies…which team should he root for?
Mark worked in the title business prior to real estate. He is well versed with contracts, and is very quick to discover any errors on settlement papers that will save you money.
Mark has represented numerous deaf clients. Before the days of Email, Mark spent many hours on the phone with TTY operators while they typed Mark's responses to his clients. Communication is now much easier with Email and text messaging. He is currently taking courses in sign language to more easily assist his hearing impaired clients.

Margaret is formerly an elementary school teacher, and majored in elementary education at Holy Family University. Her teaching career changed quickly into sales after being recruited by a hydro-phonic plant company to be an Area Sales Manager, and then by Panasonic Company to be sales representative for their consumer electronics division.
Once Margaret & Mark started their family, Margaret worked closer to home in Communications & Public Relations at Abington Hospital. Finally using her real estate license, Margaret has been working with Mark for the past 11 years. She also did custom decorating, marketing homes and furnishings together.
Margaret is strong negotiator for her buyers and sellers. Her background in furniture design is very helpful in staging your home to sell. She will photograph and describe your home in a most appealing way to prospective buyers.
Margaret & Mark are very service oriented, and always go the extra mile for their clients. They have even been known to organize a group of teenage volunteers to help elderly clients with the clean out of their homes.
Margaret & Mark believe in giving back to their community. Margaret has been volunteering for their local schools, both in the classroom and for special events for 19 years. Margaret recruited Mark and their children to help with events for the past several years.
Mark has coached soccer and baseball in their local Athletics Program for many years. Margaret & Mark run “Bythrow” hockey, a program for high school and college kids at their local community center. Mark plays right in there with the kids!
Mark also volunteers with other Keller Williams agents in refurbishing houses for the Habitat for Humanity foundation.
Margaret is very involved with fund raising to support the Memorial Scholarship Fund in their son, Matthew’s name. The scholarship fund provides scholarships and awards to Abington students.
Margaret & Mark have been married for 29 years and have 5 children. Spending time together is their most enjoyable pastime. They love to vacation in many places, but Ocean City, New Jersey is their favorite. They can also be found skiing together in the winter months. They like watching their children participate in their various sports, and performances. Margaret is an avid swimmer, enjoying swimming all year long.
They have lived in eastern Montgomery for most of their lives. They are very familiar with the area, and all that it has to offer. They have successfully placed families all over Montgomery County and into several surrounding counties. They are multi-million dollar producers, members of Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Montgomery County Association of Realtors, and the Trend Multiple Listing Service.
